While we may be highly enthusiastic about what we do, we realise that Energy Assessment and Carbon Reduction isn’t exciting to everyone and many people are yet to understand the potential of creating high performance buildings. We don’t like to take ourselves too seriously and try to make the Government Legislation as accessible and understandable as possible for our clients. Every project is different and thus requires specific attention based on the client’s needs. Some clients come to us with a clear idea of what they’d like to achieve, others provide a more general brief which allows our team to explore opportunities for innovation and integration as we go. Our flexible approach allows us to respond to all varieties of project appropriately, whether it is an individual EPC for a small corner shop or a complete energy analysis of an entire property portfolio. We are happy to assist with simple compliance projects, but we also actively encourage our clients to go beyond this and improve the overall energy performance of their assets, often a far easier task than most people imagine. We’re quite a chatty bunch so when we receive a request for a quotation we’d rather pick up the phone and discuss your requirements with you in full. Once we have a complete understanding of the project we’ll produce a fee proposal based on the size and complexity of the buildings requiring assessment. When we receive the instruction to proceed we’ll provide a timescale for the work, if there is any particular urgency do let us know and we will do what we can to fast-track the work. The end to end process, from client enquiry to project completion is managed by our EP Manager workflow system which tracks and controls each stage of work. EP Manager has been specially developed for L’atelier with an accent on the security of data. All data is stored electronically on in-house computers which are backed up to remote servers to give the highest levels of data security.
