L' atelier was re-focussed in 2007 as a specialist provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for commercial properties. L' atelier can provide a full range of services from building survey to the provision of an EPC under the authority of an approved accreditation scheme.
As a sister company to atelier ten, the environmental designers and building services engineers, L' atelier staff work closely with clients and their business partners to provide accurate energy models of their property portfolio. These energy models, which are created using Government approved software, are generated by a dedicated technical team and the EPC is then released by accredited assessors
As a part of the EPC service provision, L'atelier specialists work closely with atelier ten engineers to provide clarity and accessibility to the requirements of Part L, for building refurbishment projects. This service can help clients to make cost effective decisions that are consistent with their environmental objectives and to improve the energy rating of their assets.
